The Heart Behind Proper Home Care
Exceptional senior care starts with exceptional people.
At Proper Home Care, our leadership team and caregivers are united by a simple but powerful belief.
Every senior deserves to live with dignity, independence, and true compassion.
Our team is made up of individuals who have walked the caregiving journey themselves — who know firsthand the emotional weight families carry, and who are committed to making every day safer, happier, and more meaningful for the clients we serve.

Leadership Team
Max Raper – Co-Founder & Owner
After personally caring for his beloved mother during her battle with Alzheimer's and dementia, Max understood the profound gaps that existed in the senior care industry. Determined to create something better, he founded Proper Home Care — an agency built on dignity, customization, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Kerry Edwards – Co-Founder & Owner
As a longtime advocate for personalized care solutions, Kerry brings a background in business leadership and a passion for service excellence. He works closely with families, caregivers, and staff to ensure that Proper Home Care continues to deliver an unparalleled client experience — one built on trust, communication, and responsiveness.
Kelly Raper, RN – Administrator
With over 25 years of clinical nursing and home care experience, Kelly ensures that every client’s care plan is medically sound, personalized, and constantly evolving with their needs. Kelly reviews and oversees every Individual Service Care Plan, providing an added layer of quality, safety, and professional oversight that few home care agencies can match. Her presence gives families the confidence that their loved one's well-being is being thoughtfully, expertly managed.
